We built Skilldex: a package manager for agent skills

Most people building LLM agents are still wiring skills together by hand — no versioning, no validation, no coherence. Skilldex is a package manager and registry for agent skill packages (think npm, but for agent skills), with Skillsets for bundling related skills with shared assets, a compiler-style validator, and an MCP server for Claude Code integration. Open source, with a preprint on arXiv.

We are open-sourcing OpenDesign

A model-agnostic design tool that turns a prompt into a live UI prototype in seconds — no subscriptions, no vendor lock-in, self-hostable. Switch between Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or your own models, and export to HTML, PDF, or MP4 with deterministic animation timing. Open source, open to contributors.

We built DevMonitor

As developers, we spend more time hunting for information than actually using it. DevMonitor is a real-time developer intelligence dashboard that pulls GitHub trending, LLM leaderboards with live ELO rankings, arXiv papers, Hacker News, and CVE feeds into one place — open source and free to use.

Introducing Pandemonium Research

Most research happens inside institutions — inside labs with budgets, approval chains, and carefully scoped problems. We wanted to see what happens when you strip all of that away. Pandemonium Research is an independent engineering and research organization, founded by two undergrads who got tired of waiting for permission to work on things that matter.
